Team building is a continuous evolution process where every
individual is equally important. Getting a job done within time frames without
any hassles shows the team efficiencies, psychological & mental bonding
along with a sense of respect to every member in the team. Connection & hear it out plays the major
role. Limitations needs to be addressed timely & within team core
competency identifications vitals the strength & bonding .

On a lighter Note,
In a seminar, one volunteer was asked to perform, He
questioned "Why me always first".
Speaker countered "There is no "I"
in the TEAM mate". So one of
the member took it in other way and left the
venue. When asked next day he replied" There is no "I" in the TEAM, But there is "TEA"
," EAT" & most
important "ME" in team. so I took the day off and did the
same.
All over mankind has learnt that for survival team work is
essential so who wants to be the first to screw up???
