Individual leaders do not have any impact on the
organizations they lead. A successful leader uses his intelligence to see an
obstruction and a way to fix it.A successful leader keeps his heart motivated
and maintain the courage not to give up on challenges.
Engagement and leadership go hand in hand. Engagement
involves in investing hands, head and heart in actively, full work performance.
A leader's behavior should be displaying commitment and engaging workforce. The
workplace engagement is a result of leadership behavior despite teams differences.
A leader will not question,"Will I make any value add?"
The question will be, "What value add I will make?"
